On this HMO and LHA course attendees will:
Be given a full and detailed explanation of exactly what is and what is not an HMO including any licenses that may be required.
Be given a full and detailed explanation of what the properties were before they were converted and to what they have now been converted to.
Visit properties that have cost £40,00 and now generate £20,000 in rental income.
You will visit a property which is currently being converted from a 3 bedroom semi detached into a 7 Bed HMO, which will generate once completed £700 per week or £36,400 per annum.
Visit a former nursing home and experience show it has been transformed into a 23 bed HMO generating £120,000 per annum.
From the 4 properties visited, you will learn how these properties generate circa £200,000 in rental income alone.
